Discover the best thrift stores in Williamsburg
1) Beacon's Closet: New York's trendiest thrift store
Beacon's Closet is without a doubt in any guidebook. Probably the most popular thrift store in all of New York City. Beacons closet is a store where you can find dresses, scarves, shoes, boots, sailors, crocodile handbags or even trenches and fur coats of beautiful vintage pieces at the best price! In this vast consignment store that looks like a fashion Ali Baba's cave, we buy, sell and trade. Some stars even sell their used clothes. The store is large, well organized (the clothes are sorted by color). You can spend hours walking around and finding good finds.
Schedule: Monday for sale from 11 a.m. to 21 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 20 p.m.

2) Buffalo Exchange, the other essential
We stay in the same style as beacon's closet. The Buffalo Exchange store, located a few blocks away, is also a unavoidable. Launched in 1974 in Tucson, Arizona, Buffalo Exchange is in fact a buy-sell-trade chain established throughout the United States and with 3 stores in New York. You can easily find lots of clothes in great condition (sometimes new) at a lower price for both men and women. Prices vary widely depending on the style, brand and condition of the garment. On average, items are $ 15.

A little rock? Vice Versa only exists in Williamsburg. Located on Bedford Avenue, the place is a temple of vintage rather rock and less "chic". The prices are low and the products are of high quality, especially the shoes.

5) Monk Vintage
Housed in the same building as the Buffalo Exchange, Monk Vintage is a good alternative for those looking for a wide selection of more "dated" clothing and items. The selection of clothing is wide and it is not uncommon to find high-end and quirky items, such as checked pants. Perfectos in patinated leather, cowboy boots, mingle with Jamiroquai-style hats in the 90s and old prom dresses old-fashioned ...
